Successful rollout at Gravis: CWC Solutions sets new standards in retailer support for Devialet

In 2022, CWC Solutions carried out an impressive rollout for Devialet at its retailer Gravis. Within just five days, 19 Gravis stores were successfully equipped with interactive touch demo displays, comprehensive product training was provided for employees, and detailed reports were created. Interactive touch demo displays: A new experience for customers

A key component of the rollout was the installation of interactive touch demo displays. These innovative displays offer customers the opportunity to experience Devialet's high-quality audiophile products in a completely new way. The interactive nature of the displays allows customers to discover and try out the various functions and special features of the products for themselves. To get the most out of the interactive displays, we also conducted intensive, interactive product training for Gravis employees. These training sessions took place directly on the sales floor, enabling employees to immediately put what they had learned into practice. The training sessions covered not only the technical details and functions of Devialet products, but also sales techniques and customer communication. This enabled employees to respond optimally to customers' questions and requests and significantly improve their shopping experience.

The hard facts included technical data and performance indicators, while the soft facts contained information about customer interactions and feedback. This comprehensive reporting enabled us and our customer Devialet to closely track the success of the rollout and gain valuable insights for future projects.

Advanced evaluations: A 360-degree view of success

In order to better evaluate the success of the rollout, we conducted extended evaluations. These included 360-degree images of the stores, both inside and outside, which provided a complete overview of the product presentation and the design of the sales areas. In addition, we recorded and analyzed customer traffic to understand how the interactive displays and trained staff influence customer behavior. We also included an analysis of competitors in our evaluations to give Devialet a comprehensive overview of the market situation.
