• SAP Business One usage: SAP Business One skills were strengthened, resulting in a more efficient and secure way of working.
• Optimization of click behavior: Through targeted tips and tricks, the click behavior of employees was improved, resulting in a faster and more precise way of working.

Schedule of measures

To meet these requirements, we have implemented a structured schedule:

Day 1:

• First overview: Analysis of the current process.
• Employee impression: Gaining an impression of the employee and their way of working.
• Accompanying telephone calls: Accompanying and analyzing telephone calls in the background.
• Feedback and planning: Brief feedback and discussion of measures for day 2.

Day 2:

• Sales training: Beginning of the defined measures through individual sales training, including conversation management, argumentation chain and objection handling.
• Follow-up work packages: Creation of smaller follow-up work packages for fine-tuning and further optimization.

Successes and outlook

The collaboration with NewWay.Protection was characterized by numerous successes and sustainable improvements. Through targeted coaching and consulting measures, we were able to significantly increase efficiency and motivation in the team and create a solid foundation for future success.
